The company continues to be in various levels of negotiations with potential customers of its Dr. Bean software product. If or when a material contract has been signed, the company will announce it immediately. During the week of April 12 to 16, a significant portion of the company's staff and management are attending the presentation and introduction of the Dr. Bean e-commerce software product at the Internet World Trade Show in Los Angeles.
