Judy, I've read all of your posts for the last 6 months and think I speak for many when I say that I can't thank you enough for all of your postings. They're always insightful, witty, thought provoking and challenges one to learn and develop one's own investing strategy. The average investor is fortunate that an experienced teacher is willing to take the time to give "real time lessons". Your stock selections continue to amaze me..... I know you've written that you've ridden many of your selections up and down without panic. I'm interested in 2 of your picks and your current thoughts on them right now. EBAY and UNPH. I'm sure your aware of the secondary offering announced yesterday evening for EBAY.... does this concern you short term? The offering has been priced at $170 and yet premarket trading has it at 174 9/16. I'm a little surprised it's not at the 170 right now but hey, that could change when the market opens. An optimistic view right now would be the street recognizes the future potential for EBAY with the money that's going to be brought in on this secondary.... My limited experiences with other stocks that have placed a secondary has been that when major brokerage houses place these stocks with their clients, they do it because they are confident that there will be news most likely that will propel the price in the near term thereby the brokerages looking like hero's to their clients. I have some May calls and am very curious as to your feelings and experience in matters like this. As to UNPH, you had written that you were getting frustrated that UNPH wasn't moving fast enough. What are your thoughts on it right now.... Again, thank you so much for all the information you provide for everyone.... it's appreciated more than you realize.

Robin
