Getting customers first and letting them worry about service later It is funny to see an Etrade customer who even goes to the extent of setting up a Roth IRA with them complaining about service. They've hooked him and he's wiggling complaining to the fisherman about the hook in his mouth as he is put in the bag. This has to be the funniest group of investors I have ever encountered. We use Etrade, we hate Etrade. Like there are so many ways to trade online you would have to be without a TV or newspaper to not be able to find another place except Etrade. Etrade must have more lame customers than any other online brokerage. Hooked for life!
