Ed: Matt Moore does report very candidly & is the fairest reporter that covers theCCO's oddesy. It would be very positive if someone from the press starts to talk about an out of court settlement for CCO.I believe that your proposal is too fair considering all he anguish that Florida has put CCO& it's sharehlders thru. The state should realize that a contract is a contract and should be binding on all parties .CCO has lived up to its part and the state is prolonging what in my opinion should be just compensation for the shareholders.
