I looked at the LU 10-K and recast it looking for operating cash flow. Here is what the cash flow looked like: 1998 1997 Net Income $970 541 Restruct <100> <210> Asset Imp. 81 Dep/Amort 1,334 1,450 Uncollect. 130 127 Def. Taxes 113 9 IPR&D 1,416 1,024 ----- ----- Op Cash Flow $3,863 $3,031 ====== ====== Exactly where is the problem? CTC
