I guess AVAL continuing to trade when it no longer exists should come as no surprise, at least for a few days, in an era when shady OTC-BB MMs trade back and forth shares of companies that went out of existence years ago. CATV was a recent and classic example.

EQ, do you know whether the conversion of AVAL into AHS shares will be made as of today? It seems to me that that's how it would have to be done. Anyone buying AVAL tomorrow should logically own shares of "nothing," with no right to receive AHS shares.

Perhaps AVAL's transfer agent should be instructed to reverse any purported trades after today, analogous to an attempted sale of restricted stock. -Eric
