Tlindt, Benny, etc... You guys know if CF will be addressing folks' desire to keep an electronic copy of their presented bills, say, on their local hard drives? Pete kind of sidestepped the question when I asked him in Florida, but I think it's a fairly important hurdle to achieve mass acceptance of bill presentment. As much as people believe they don't need or want the hard copy, if you get them thinking about support they may need for the IRS, or to dispute a credit card charge or phone call, I would bet they would want, say, a PDF or JPEG-type image of their bills, that they could easily store in an electronic file cabinet, to be printed out if needed... Just my random thought for the day, while I enjoy our nice turnaround to being up 1 1/2 on the day... RK
