Tactless? Just throwing out what was happening at the time...whether supported by an actual news release or not. There were news releases all over the place on Brazil, articles everywhere about the dern C rumors....but you're right....no actual news releases from TLAB. You just said "no news"......you didn't say "no news on TLAB."

Sell & re-buy...ok with me.....drive it up some more :)

What you pointed out was that there was rumor, innuendo, and analyst comments that brought TLAB down.

This should be considered an advantage for those of us who follow this stock. TLAB investor relations are top notch. Management has an excellent record of saying what they mean and meaning what they say.

So when the next set of rumors start flying and the stock tanks, wait a while to see what management has to say. If they say all's well, that's a buy signal in my opinion.

Dear DB,
"In theory, I could sell TLAB and buy it back a minute later, so I don't think there's a huge risk."
Be sure to check out wash rules as they apply. There is a 30 day period on either side of a buy or sell that may throw a wrench in your plan.,, Barbara
