I agree, it is a great idea. The concept of a company setting up the electronic storefront for individuals wanting to sell products was first tried about five or six years ago, as I recall, by a private company out of San Diego. The name escapes me right now, but they had great fanfare and a few deep pockets behind them. It was a great idea, but premature, the world was not yet ready for e-commerce. They used their own cyber money instead of credit cards, and the user interface was not up to today's standards. And as far as I know they did not set up storefronts for other public companies.
