Thanks, Todd. I think I'll wait a few months to start a position. I think the summer or fall should be right, just before the winter and after these high prices for fuel have set in a bit, if at all.

Todd,

I noticed about a week ago that the Russel 2000 appears to have broken through resistance to the upside. I am hopeful that this will finally be the move that small caps need to begin to catch up with the rest of the market.
