Lucent Technologies Inc. (LU US) was downgraded to ''hold'' from ''attractive'' by analyst David S. Karson at Black & Company.

I suppose this no-name is basing his adjustment on the fact that Lucent's price has dropped 50% since March 31st. <GG>

In the two weeks you have been a member of SI I can find nothing but negative posts on Lucent (30+) did you join just to bash Lucent or are you an equal opportunity basher?

If you are going to post news how about Justice approving merger?
