I called NASDAQ again to see if I could get any further information. The women with whom I spoke advised that she did not need to look at her screen to give me an update re: BII as she estimated that she received approximately 50 calls re: BII today. She said that the BII application is still pending but that there are no problems with the application. She stated that this is the 67th day since BII filed its NASDAQ application and that it typically takes between 60 and 80 days. She expects that the application will be approved within the 80 day period, but that it is possible that it takes longer. I asked whether it may start trading in a few days and she responded that its possible. I pressed her on whether it would definitely be listed and she confirmed that it would be. Please note that if anyone wishes to contact NASDAQ, some of the representatives are very cooperative while others are very tight lipped. I encourage you to ask as many questions as possible.
