Hi Michael - I don't know it either, but how else are those companies pay for their RE rentals? Essentially, AOL becomes a VC for people eager for exposure [it is said that a VC can eat up to 80% of the stake!] I may be at risk of sounding like an old tape, but it is precisely the reason why BNYN was willing to suffer a temporary dislocation in its share price by divorcing AOL. At least BNYN got some money up front when it got in bed with MSFT!

And I see AOL also has a large position in PAMC(Provident/HealthAxis.Com)
