I think the suit...at least as far as the company is concerned is in the bag....I think it will be for more than the 6 million everyone has thrown around. From what I am hearing anyway... Original suit was for 60 million and a top attorney has worked on a retainer for this... sounds good...I don't think this suit money is factored into share price for JNNE...just another bonus. Wow...there is just sooo much to this company.
