Global Thermoelectric issues reminder of warrant expiry date Global Thermoelectric Inc GLE Shares issued 16,113,384 Apr 9 close $3.45 Mon 12 Apr 99 News Release Mr. Jim Perry reports Global Thermoelectric has issued a notice reminding holders of warrants that the warrants expire on April 17, 1999. As that date is a Saturday, the final business day to exercise the warrants may be April 16, depending on the practices of the institutions involved. In order to exercise the warrants, each of which allows the purchase of one share of Global for $1.05, warrant holders should contact their broker or financial adviser to receive instructions on how to execute the transaction, and for information on the specific cutoff time and date.
