Since you purported to be posting an edited version of the report, I thought I should mention that you only posted the positives and omitted the rest (which I'd already posted).

As for the safety profile of Vasomax, you realize that many here have disputed the claim that it is safer than Viagra. I sounds like you want to make it a non-issue. But the fact is that it's a serious issue. Additional studies appear to have been required! And we really don't know how they turned out; we only know how Zonagen told Oppenheimer they turned out.

My points about that were that ZONA should not be telling Oppenheimer anything, AND, I don't believe that ZONA would give Oppenheimer a report that includes any negatives that appeared.

By the way, ZONA closed at 16-5/8. Not at the low, but it rebounded from the day's low all the way up way over 17, so it seems to have been travelling down again before the close. I consider that a good sign for the shorts, that it will continue down tomorrow.

Diamoncutter,

It is my understanding that "on going studies and trials" are
normal procedures for drug companies, even AFTER submitting NDA's
to the FDA.

I believe it is their way of having as much data available as possible
for review purposes.
