At this time, no definitive agreement has been reached or entered into and there can be no assurance that the transaction will proceed. Yeah, that line bothers me, as I haven't done any DD regarding SBX's history or track record, or the people behind the company. Just a gamble right now, feels like the casino (odds are in favour of the dealer). Hopefully the LOI will become a MOU or better... How many long-term players here? I intended to be in it short-term, but accidentally ended up staying longer. Ben Edit: Just saw this on another thread (thanks kidl on the Cdn daytrader's thread).
