Art, I've been to the web site and I think I understand the concept.

Yes, this looks like the next logical thing to do if we assume that future entertainment will be an extension of our current organizational structure. If we also assume that the value network, that this is embedded in, has a future, then IATV is a very good choice.

I'm not convinced that the ACTV vision is the correct one because it is based on the old TV broadcasting model. I also am not convinced that end users want a one-to-one relationship with advertisers.

I am tending more towards believing in a more radical transformation. One based on virtual communities of interest, narrowcasting of 1000's of channels, etc. This is not a big-broadcast media model and exists in a different value network.

Nonetheless, both will probably exist in the short term giving a lot of room for innovative investing, and I would expect IATV to do well this year.
