Not to keep pushing the point, but I think the thing that traditional banks can never offer is the high rates that NetBank does. Atleast that's been the opinion of everyone on this thread during the last year.

I believe you are missing the point. Netbank offers higher rates on CD's, money market accounts, checking accounts etc. That is where they beat the bigger banks.

They do this by having lower overhead. Pass the savings on to customers in form of higher rates of return.
