Mike, your insight & analysis will be welcome here. The funding is a big help - there was a material concern about a discounted (possible floorless) placement. Think this will address some of those fears. Scott

Mike, thanks for the informative reference and evaluation. While I have no background for judging who is ahead, and which compound is likely to prove viable, I do think there is a parallel in this whole sector with TV advances during the late 1940's. At that time, a guy who had been a close advisor to President Roosevelt, Bernard Baruch started buying TV companies. Most of them were in such bad shape he ended up buying lots of TV sets just to give as Christmas presents. Many of the companies he bought stock in failed, but the ones that succeeded made him a millionaire many times over. Art
