Ok, I get it. I was referring to Borland's core business of providing leading edge development tools to its base of loyal developers. Borland made it's first big splash with Turbo Pascal on Z-80 and IBM PC's. Being the sentimental type, I have a hard time separating Inprise from the Borland of old that was the programmers best friend.

If Del would have understood this one thing, he would have seen Linux as the next untapped tools market, and Borland would once again be the leading provider of development tools on a new and exciting platform.
