Way to go- looks like CPQ helped boost your return and you cleared out your DELL short positions in time for the next run up!

Thanks,

Orlando

PIG, them's small potatoes to me. Uncle Sam appreciates your risk-taking, I'm sure. But then again, you're probably not in the top (or upper) tax bracket like some of us...

I remember when I made my first >$30,000 profit in DELL, too. Now-a-days, that's just a few minutes worth of movement; not three days, like the little fish.

Go back to the sandbox, and let me know when you grow a pair.

LoD

P.S. Sounds like your timing was way off on covering today. Ouch! You could've made $9,000+ more than you did. I guess you'll learn to time these trades with more experience.

Gee, brings back memories of my 60% gain from one dell trade.
If I had kept that stock instead of selling for a quick 60%,
each dollar would have grown to $164.40 - my quick trade
was in 1993... see my profile. $1625 would now be $267,200.

maybe someday you'll have similar memories.

moral: buy and hold dell (which I now practice, bought more today, for the 4th time in the last 2-3 months, averaging up...)

Dear porcine one,

Why don't you do something to establish some credability rather than ranting and raving constantly eh? Might I suggest that you post your trades in the future, (only so that we can all follow and learn from your self-proclaimed wisdom all the better mind you) when you make them? For example- at the time of the trade you should post SHORT xxx shares at $$$ price.....Piggy or something along that line ....
and post another when you cover... COVERED xxx sh at $$$ price...Piglet... Get it?

I'm sure you'd agree its rather difficult to establish your credability after the (alleged) fact now wouldn't you? Abd you have the burning desire to win the approval of others as demontrated by your frequent narcissistic chanting. Now, we all bear sympathy for your lack of self esteem (as evidenced by your kindred feeling and need to identify yourself as a poor lowly odiferous creature whose greatest pleasure is imbibing in slops and rolling in the mud)and I'm sure we would like to help you achieve the increased level of self esteem you so badly need, so why not put your posts where your mouth is and post them when they occur?

Thank you so much! Go Hawgs! (You must be an Arkie after all? )
Lisette

All to Pigman: It would be a nice trade if you had told us before the trades were supposedly made--not afterwards. Plus you seem to forget that you were already short on DELL when it was in the 30s. which means that you lost money on your trades.
