------ot------- Can somebody please tell me what the F*&%$ is going on with this market? Can somebody explain how there can be so much red on my screen, yet we had another record close? Can somebody explain to me how YHOO and AOL can be down while the other 'nut stocks like CMGI RNWK and XCIT are going through the damn roof? Can anybody tell me what the NAZ comp would REALLY look like without these damned internet stocks? Did anybody ever listen to CPQ (aside from CPQ shareholders)? Why did TDFX go down as the market recovered? Was it CPQ's warning of slower growth and price pressures? Is it MSFTs prediction of slower growth in '99? I get really scared when the market does exactly the opposite of what I expect, and after CPQ, I expected today to be bad...I was right for about an hour.
