Don't their high margins present risk though? I listend to their last conference call and they claimed to be getting 12% to 13% on loans. That's huge! What if a few construction companies blow a project and can't repay their loans? How does all this work out?

Someone who knows more than I please explain how ATLB manages risk with such risky investments.
