Hi Shoe, Shannon answered my email question today too! 4th Qtr. out this week.

"We have received an extension from the SEC to file our Annual REpor on Form 10-KSB. The extension was needed due to the commitment of management to capital raising efforts, managing our manufacturing operations in Japan and establishing corporate subsidiaries in Japan and Germany. Due to the amount of management time devoted to these endeavors, the Company needed some additional tiem to finalize the certain details in the Annual Report.

Our 4th quarter earrings will be out this week and our 1st quarter for
1999 will come out during the 2nd week of May."

Re: Delays

Well, the only good thing about waiting until the last possible minute on the 4Q98 extension is that it will only be another month until the 1Q99 results are posted (assuming they once again wait until the last possible minute).

I trust that Mssrs. Newman and Heybroek are finding full e-mail boxes over this unfortunate incident.
