how about a 5-1 split, then it can be "Qualcomm - Coming Into Buy Range" all over again.

regarding Tero's remarks about China, he probably did not realize that it is most likely China that killed the WTO deal, not Clinton. Zhu is Clinton, Rubin and Greenspan combined. His moves are calculated and so far, has been proven to be the correct ones for China during the last 8 years under his reign.

There is so little to gain by joining the WTO now and so much to lose. The last thing Zhu needs is another global body to be telling him what he can or cannot do. China's economy is in such a precarious position right now that Zhu can ill afford to try to please too many parties at the same time.

This desperate desire to join the WTO is only in the eyes of the western world/press, not China's.

Either case, Tero is way out in left field trying to tie the WTO to the telecomm deals.
