Oh, ho, ho...Your husband (the computer) designed sewage treatment systems?

Well, I guess they could be beautiful. After all, as Jesus said, it is not what goes into a system that defiles it, but what comes out of it. So we don't have to think about what goes into it, as long as nothing but beautiful clean water comes out of it...Ho, ho, ho, ho...

Does your husband go to church, incidentally? (Need to know for Del's sake.)

Joan

Blue, sewage is your husband's life? [chuckle]

Actually, I once worked simultaneously as a scientific and financial consultant to a company that was designing and marketing small, alternative waste-treatment plants. The idea was to have a small (around 4' in diameter) treatment plant that would eliminate drain fields and obviate the need for large sewage treatment plants in suburban and rural areas. There was too much governmental red tape and bureaucratic gobbledygook, and the idea was quashed. The physical systems worked beautifully, and only required a very small amount of electricity.

I never could figure out why they insisted on calling it experimental when all of the data showed that it out-performed drain fields by a wide margin (those things fail with alarming frequency), and produced an effluent that was frequently superior to modern sewage treatment plants.

I will not make fun of your husband. I understand what it means to have sewage as the focal point of your life. I will defend to the death your husband's right to have a dirty mind. I say rubbish to anybody who disputes this. [snicker]

TTFN,
