Steve, great article,

<Future announcements, however, will more than likely not include any sports related assets.

"We've exited from direct participation in the sports business," Bennett said.

Liberty's assets, valued at nearly $60 billion, also include investments in Time Warner Inc., USA Networks Inc., Discovery Communications Inc. and TV Guide Inc. >

It would have been nice to see us included in the paragraph about Liberty's assets,

I guess we will fall under the paragraph which pertains to "Future Announcements" ????

When Liberty bought a stake in us last Sept. I was amazed at the reaction by the market. The stock dropped 1/2 to 2 3/8 after moving up about the same on rumor.

The reasons were that the Street took a wait and see or a so what attitude.

The Street has over the past few months warmed up to the idea that Actv will be of some importance to Liberty. But most of the Street has no idea how much.

Liberty/T/Athm/Xcit have built the tracks, terminals and own the freight. Actv's job is to move it around(interactivity and convergance).
