The first two 98s means it is in the top 2% of ALL STOCKS in terms of actual Earnings per share growth and Relative Price Strength relative to all other stocks. The C is "group strength" and this is because IBD does not yet realize that RCCK has become an internet play. All internet stocks have an A rating and IBD still thinks that RCCK has no internet presence. The next A is for combined earnings, price strength , and return on equity and the last A is for max accumulation by institutional buyers; meaning it is in the top ratings for these last two categories. Rock Financials couldn't be ranked any higher and this bodes very well for the future. Lastly, RCCK is market capped at about 1/2 that of FNHC, and that again bodes well for future price appreciation; especially given the 1,000,000+ share volume RCCK is experiencing.
