Apparently someone posted that he called IR and they stated the 27th, I think if you check the official website it should clarify things.

I heard that the board meets at the end of the month and that there
is a good chance that the board will vote to split. Can anyone
confirm that the board is meeting end of April? This is nothing more
than a discussion I had with a neighbor over the fence.
