I heard everything is still on track for the financing deal; nobody is exactly sure about the date since the final proposal has not been accepted yet (SINC has the choice between 3 different proposals). It looks like it could be as early next week but it could take a little more time (I couldn't get a firm date, I guess it takes some time to finalize these kind of deals). Regardless, I'm holding and may be buying a little more tomorrow since anything less than 4 will be considered a great bargain at this time next month.

Stock is looking like it may be breaking out here. I would expect to see this first if a financing was imminent. Maybe we are getting close.
