Doug,

Can't help you out there Doug. I don't have access to the same information you do.

Denise.

Who knows how much stock his family has Dagan...you aren't naive enough to think that these directors only own what they say they do are you? Who knows how much he owns indirectly?? So much for your gap down to $20.00 prediction eh?

Frank

Dagan... You've asked this question many times and we (the board) do not have an answer as to why management sold their shares when they did. If inquiring minds really want to know, why don't you call Godin and ask. You could resolve your dilemma in one simple action.

>>>I still wonder why he sold stock days before big run up that you say was so obviously coming ? I've seen insider sells before a 10 % / 20% upturn but just before a 500% run seems weird to me . Why didn't he wait for Nasdaq at the very least ? Inquiring minds want to know. <<<

Doug, you still haven't answered the question about "How many shares does Mr. Godin own". If you knew, you would know that his sale of 25,000 shares back in February was only a drop in the bucket. BTW, everyone needs to pay down a mortgage, buy new a BMW, build a pool, etc. etc. etc. at some point. what would you expect a multi-millionaire to do, never spend his money?

I take it back, you don't spew garbage, you're just ignorant.
