You mean Joe Autem, former CFO of BCST and director, is now on the board of VCST. He is not running VCST. Bill Jobe is running VCST, and he is an industry veteran, venture capitalist, and formerly chairman of the board of MMAC.

Joe Auten,formerly of Broadcast has been a member of the board of VCST for quite a while . His role now that Yahoo has bought out Broadcast has yet to appear. As far as I can determine at this point CEO remains unchanged JOBE
