DCTI will fly. Just look at netclearing.com or consider where just about every site on the web gets their weather content, from DCTI's WeatherLabs. I will alert all of my DCTI sell, b/c that's your buy signal. I sold TUNE @ $8, 1 day before it started its run to $50. Sold my OPEN at $3.50, day before it ran to $5+. If I sell DCTI @ $15 later this week, it's sure to gap to $30+ the following day. One of these days I'll get another popper. (loved BAMM & MALL last year!)
