Excellent news! Yet another backdoor IPO to play. Been waiting for it for a while now. Don't worry about missing the boat. There is always another. Besides, with an anticipated IPO date around end of June to early July, there will be plenty of opportunities to buy in, may be even below today's closing price. Sorry to hear your portfolio is all "Navarred out". Try diversifying a little. I know, I know. There is nothing quite like the rush of getting it just right. Used to think and trade that way.
