Proginet Corporation - Microsoft to acquire additional shares Proginet Corporation PRF.U Shares issued 13,076,680 1998-11-02 close $0.39 Tuesday Nov 3 1998 Mr. James Kelly reports Proginet has entered into an agreement with Microsoft Corporation by which Microsoft is receiving an additional 1,260,000 shares. Microsoft now owns just under 10 per cent of Proginet Corporation common stock. The two companies had entered into an agreement in December 1996, which entitled Microsoft to additional shares at a later date.
