Tom, might we be seeing a "January effect" for small caps blossoming in April?? As I was discussing previously, the RUI and RUA were indicating that the RUT needed to play catch up. This broadening out of the market is very positive and long overdue. It may head off a major correction for a few more weeks or months. Heck, who knows?? Maybe we're going to see money flow into some places we hadn't previously expected as money managers start looking for places to pad their annual returns. I believe we're seeing the destruction of the sinister looking head & shoulders formation we were seeing in the RUT. But I think the autumn sell-off may be just a bit nastier than in previous years as folks gear up for Y2K. Regards, Ron
