3 million warrants will be exercised at $1.05 but you must deduct the 800,000 that have been sold in the last three days at fair value-1.05...these pose no downward pressure on the stock. secondly , how many of those warrants were taken in the PP by insiders? I agree there will be pressure but if the story gets out, the market will swallow them in 1 or 2 trading day's. However, i have given up trying to understand the market, I just play it!! You are right Ballard and GLE's technology are different, I see that as a plus, trying to compete for the same markets with somebody as well financed as ballard could be a little intimidating. However, if GLE's technology can burn gas or Natural gas, who do you think wil come knocking on their doors...not car manufacturers....OIL Companies!! They'll want this technology to win...hands down! the Chief
