As I have stated in many posts, I believe an excellent sign of a stock distribution scheme is when the insiders choose to post on Internet threads, particularly during business hours. It tells me that you are more concerned with the secondary market of your stock than with executing your business plan. I believe legitimate businesses stick to their knitting, and let the stock price take care of itself. A little further investigation showed me that your company files nothing with the SEC except form 144 intent to sell restricted stock. I also not that the Stock Detective has given your company 'Stinky Stock' status. I have found the investigations of the Stock Detective to be accurate in the past.
