Bob, HRP is the only healthcare related REIT I have.

The two stocks you listed, GHV and VC, are priced as if it is almost sure they will go out of business. The charts are the most horrible looking things I've ever seen. It's not often you see a stock with a p/b of 0.09, and a PSR of 0.02.

It appears that investing in VC is a bet on how a dispute between VC and a tenant will turn out. Would buying VC amount to just speculation, or is there some kind of value that is sure-fire here?
