guilty until proven innocent is a good maxam these days. The crooks who ran IPM as a scam carefully lied annd cheated and postponed news and metered out data etc with a planned schema, all the time buying and selling shares to make themselves money. The moving hand has writ and nothing will bring IPM to life. Black rock is worthless barren rock. Believe me there is nada in dat rock. Make me a liar...get a sample and assay it.
