Hello again Paris: I've been trying to do some reserch on CSDD, but finding nothing online. Strange, I think, for an online company. consolidateddata.com Nothing at this URL. Looking at the chart: bigcharts.com I wonder what has fueled the recent interest in this stock. Prior to purchasing the software YourBank Online.com for 10 million was this a viable company? In what business? What were their financials? From their April Fools press release: MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 1999-- Consolidated Data (OTC BB:CSDD) announced today that it has finalized an agreement with DETK Corporation to purchase its proprietary software YourBank Online.com. biz.yahoo.com Why did DETK sell this software for 10 mill if it had so much potential? Market cap is sitting at close to 50 million now. Is it just a web site? Where is the revenue?? What are the projected forward earnings? yourbankonline.com A search of alta vista using {+"consolidated data" +online +bank} found nothing. Who are these guys?? Can you or anyone give me a reason why this company is one I should own? Forgive me, but I haven't caught the INET hysteria bandwagon... yet. Sure would like to see a stock I own triple in 2 days!!

Mr. Paris, CSDD is a non-reporting BB stock. I'm curious what facts you have uncovered that make you so confident in this black box.

Paris do you know how much cash csdd paid verus stock? The only company csdd left out of the press releases is aol. My guess is csdd could be the aol of online bank software. DTEK had to sell for combine $10 million cash and stock. Man can you imagine if DTEK filed to its own public offering? There are many companies with the online software. I'm suspect, the press releases no doubt are misleading, comparing this company's business model to everyone but aol give me a break. But sure it may go higher next couple days and then back down to where it came from. good luck no position
