That would make sense to me, especially as the shares controlled by the directors either directly or indirectly, are NOT to be counted in this vote.

They just what to approve another 1.5mil options.
If its for the workers up north fine with me.
If its for Management I think they got enough freebies already.I have to buy my shares in the market and if they want more then go get them on the market.
