Try this for a fact finding mission - assuming you are interested in facts. Call Kelly Kellner at ABFG (you have the #) and ask him if Gerald Sklar was ever prohibited from acting as a director or officer of a public company by the BC securities commission. If he says yes, then ask him if it was for such things as issuing false and misleading press releases and false and misleading disclosure about private placements. If he says yes, ask him for how long Sklar was suspended. Also ABFG is NOT up without hype... "MSI has been compensated by these companies in shares of common stock, available for public trading, as follows: The Hartcourt Companies, Inc. (OTCBB: HRCT):50,000 shares American Benefits Group, Inc. (OTCBB: ABFG) : 500,000 shares" 500,000 shares????? thats quite a bit to write some articles. How did that not turn up in your DD? No DD is required when all you post is rumor and opinion. Call Kellner and post his responses here if you have the courage. I challenge you boy. I don t think you can answer a direct question honestly, and I don t think you will perform this little bit of DD and post the results. MG
