Cramer is probably short. He's also wrong more than he's right.

These inet buy-outs seem to happen far more often than not, just not always exactly as planned. I think the excellent stock performance, and openness of the company to accept offers, will ultimately result in a buyout. Probably sooner than later too.

XOOM has a polished site, super-fast performance, roaring membership growth, and an excellent business model. I went long and had no idea there WAS a buyout rumor..lol.

Isn't that inside information? Why would Cramer admit to having inside information? Do you think he would say a company was about to get bought out if he knew it? I don't think so...sell on that rumor and you will miss a tremendous run in this stock. I think he's short and is shitting bricks on that bullish CNBC report.

If NBC really was to buy XMCM through CNET, and the ink was drying, what better way to drive even more people to your prospective acquisition than a big expose on CNBC! I've rarely seen CNBC knock themselves out to benefit a web community. Let's see, the ninth most visited place on the web trading at a fraction of its peers...what does that mean? O.K. Cramer, I'm going to sell my shares at the open because you learned there is no deal...WAAAAAHHHHAAAAAHHHHAAAAA!!!!!!
