Denis I see your point well but what about shareholders there is no freebees for printing paper thats my point.
Turner has well over a Mil shares if he wants more then buy them on the open market.
Like I said if the options are for the workers Up north fine give them some shares for there hard efforts and work.

Seems to me the writing is on the wall or at least in the Information Circular. The changes in the Board of Directors rotation , and the splitting of the company, and the option increase is all part of a picture. We haven't had a feasibility but it looks to be as if everything is based on production planning. New and different types of staff and management are going to be needed and you have to be able to attra ct them, and they have to be of of approprriate caliber, so more options will be needed.

There's no indication they're being churned into the market and then being replaced from a deep pocket. This is just part of good long distance planning to cover future needs.

Thst's my opinion anyway.
