$300 Price target on RNWK set by analyst from Friedman Billings! Terms of the deal were not disclosed but Martin suspects RealNetworks "will benefit from transaction fees associated with downloads routed through RealPlayer." In a note to clients, Martin also points out that the deal "illustrates yet another type of potential revenue stream the company can effectively generate as a result of its core franchise on over 57 million desktops."
