As an aside, did you all know that 8 out of 10 picks on the 4/12 Watchlist went up today? Of course, I was in one of the two that didn't. Oh, well, tomorrow..........

i won't be here today but wanted to answer your ?...

i get targets with the use of P&F, we calculate either VC's or HC's & PO's <g>...VC is a verticle count, HC is a horizontal count, and PO is the Price Objective...

these take time to figure out..but OMKT has a 25 PO...P&F is wonderful for this type of info, and much much more...

get the book and read it cover to cover...it's simple and informative..
