Red
I dont feel 150thou over five years is over paid for a good ceo ,that is less than the floor sweeper at our local factory makes ,A good captain of WSP should be worth as much as say the captain of the vancouver canucks ,If he brings in this win he is worth every bit of it

Red,
Come on, be sensible. 150 G's is about as much as a snowplow driver makes in the City of Toronto (given a "good" winter).
RT has taken us from 50 cents to $3.60.
I think he deserves a touch more than a snow plow driver.
I for one want him to get very rich based on his options and I'll gladly go along for the ride
Best

Well, I re-read the material and it does specifically say "authority be given to the directors to grant to the directors, senior officers, employees and other insiders.....blah blah blah".
In addition to this we should also note explanation #11 of the financials "related party transactions" and I can assume that RT has "other income" in excess of his yearly salary plus the 1MM options.
Looks to me like someone is setting themselves up for a buyout.
Now why don't they time these extra options for let's say 3 years and are only exercisable if they still own the Co., I wonder if it would be there?
