AOL will use Dr.Bean (rumor)...

Sideware has sold it's Tagalongs at AOL (fact)...

IBM's new e-commerce site will use Dr.Bean (rumor)...

Dr.Bean will (again) become part of the Lotus Suite (rumor)...

Sideware is a Senior IBM Bussiness Partner (fact)...

SAIC will provide government solutions by incorporating Dr.Bean into real-time collaboration applications (rumor)...

Dr.Bean has been up and running at the SAIC offices in Washington (fact)...

One of the majors will buy Sideware (rumor)...

Then there is Netscape, Yahoo, (rumor)...

And do not forget that SUN provided Sidware with development workstations (fact)...

Actually Dave, this story has been unfolding for a while!!
They have developed a software that almost every internet
site could use. A live Customer Service Rep.
They are involver with IBM, SAIC, and Sun Microsystems,
great company. There are several companies testing the software
at the present time.(DR. Bean) A press conference is scheduled for this Wednesday, at I-World.

Dave, here's a site you can do a little research on some of their competition in the e-commerce customer service/support field. But I still like Sideware better.
